Since now, a permit for subsoil use is available for issue online

What does it mean?

The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine (the Ministry) announces that the E-cabinet is already available.

This digitalization must ensure free and transparent access to the subsoil and accelerate consideration of the submitted applications.

What services are available now?

E–cabinet allows submitting applications and document portfolios:

• to get or renew special permits to use subsoil resources;
• to extend the validity period of the existing ones;
• to alter or extend the current permissions;
• to get the Ministry’s offers on options for using the subsoil resources and approvals from local self–government bodies.

Please pay attention that the full range of functions will become available after the end of the Martial Law in Ukraine.

Why is it important?

The Ministry remarks that if a state creates appropriate conditions for running a business in this branch, it will obtain investments to restore its economics and defence capability.
