The “Diia” portal launches the service of issuing the Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Social Entities. The service currently works in test mode.

What does it mean? 

According to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, within several recent years, there were about 3 million applications for getting the Extract from the USR online. It is one of the most popular electronic services rendered by the Ministry of Justice on its web portal. 

What are the purposes of the Extract? 

As a rule, the respective extracts are needed to conclude contracts, enjoy bank services, or for bidding in state procurements. 

The Extract from the USR is a document to certify the registration of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity as a person running a business. 

How to use the service? 

The service is currently in the process of beta-testing on the “Diia” portal. 

A Ukrainian can join the testing if: 

is or used to be a businessperson;

has an electronic digital signature.
